Internal Performance Monitoring
We use internal telemetry systems to monitor the performance and reliability of our services. This includes system performance metrics, error rates and service availability. This data is stored internally (in memory/Redis) and is not shared with third party analytics providers.
Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) on the Android version of the reGen app. Firebase Analytics collects app usage and product-interaction data, which may include device identifiers, account-linked or pseudonymous identifiers, feature usage, session activity and purchase-related events.
We use this information to understand how the app is used, measure feature performance, improve the app and diagnose problems. When you sign in with another account (like Google)
What we collect
When you use single sign-on to connect with us, we'll receive personal information from that provider based on your privacy settings with them. This may include your name, username, profile picture, and other details you've chosen to share.
How we use it
We use this information to create your profile on our platform and give you access to our services.
Your rights
If you connected through another account, you can ask us to delete the personal information we received from that account. To do this, email us at our email below and tell us what information you'd like deleted. If we can't delete certain information, we'll explain why.
Voice-to-text
If you use our voice-to-text feature, we collect the audio recording you submit and the resulting text transcript. Your audio is processed by xAI (Grok), a third-party AI transcription provider, to convert your speech into text. Your audio recording and transcript may contain personal information.
We use this information solely to provide speech-to-text transcription and, where you choose to send the transcript, as a chat message within the app.
We do not store the original audio recording on our servers. It is held in memory only while the transcription request is processed and is discarded once processing is complete. Your device may temporarily retain a local copy of the recording until it is uploaded for transcription. We process your audio through xAI's Zero Data Retention API, meaning your audio exists only transiently and is deleted by xAI upon delivery of the transcription response or within one hour, whichever occurs first. We retain the transcript only for as long as needed to provide the Services, including as part of your chat history where you choose to send it.
